We also have a family of plain types. These are what we would call "wall time," because if you imagine an analogue clock on the wall, it doesn't check for daylight saving or time zones. It's just a plain time (moving the clock forward by an hour would advance it an hour on the wall, even if you did this during a Daylight Saving transition).
